Incremental fix for https://sailfin.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=841
("(Converged)HttpSession marked as dirty outside of an HTTP request never added to any Unit-of-work"):

- Move ReplicableEntity.java to GlassFish
- Separate all SIP-independent aspects of UOW to a GlassFish UOW, and have
 the SailFin UOW (which needs to know about SIP specifics) extend the
 GlassFish UOW
- Have all HA enabled HTTP session classes in GlassFish implement
 ReplicableEntity, so they may be added to a UOW
