Set toplink.orm.throw.exceptions=true so that TopLink will throw
validation exceptions for mapping file elements.
Catch PersistenceException so that we can report EJBQL parsing failures.

IN=81457 - Remove old interfaces from persistence-api and change package of InstrumentableClassLoader
Description:
TopLink implementation has stopped using old interfaces: PersistenceInfo and
InstrumentableClassLoader. So now we can drop these classes from persistence-api.
We will InstrumentableClassLoader from javax.persistence package to
com.sun.enterprise.loader so that our EJBClassLoader can implement it. Because
of this package renaming of InstrumentableClassLoader, some of the container
implementation classes will also be affected.

RFE #6341994: Add support for EJB 3.0 persistence in verifier
Description: Verifier now uses default persistence provider to validate
EJB 3.0 persistence entities bundled in an application.
The template files have been changed to include toplink libraries in classpath.
Note toplink libraries also require asm libraries.
