Changing runtest.output log record filename to appserv-tests.log since runtest-ee target calls invoke-ant 2 times in same maven goal which deletes original appserv-tests.log file to find test failures. This change will show EE tests failures also.

Ran PE-EE QL using "maven runtest-ee" which calls "runtest" first and ran "maven runtest-ee-standalone" both worked fine so Test count will be fixed for PE or PE-EE or EE only QL tests.
