Partial fix for Glassfish Issue 5313 need a property to set bind interface address for group management service to use on multihome machine
 (See bug description for how to set this for now.)
While configuration to get this value is working, there is an underlying bug in shoal/jxta layer to use the value properly so this bug will not be closed by
this checking.
Simply checking in changes already checked into branch for sailfin 1.0 version of glassfish.
