As per the JBI specification we now set the Subject in normalized message in place of the MessageExchange.
Modified interface JBIHandler to take MessageExchangeTransport in place of MessageExchange as argument.
Renamed MEPHandler, CommonMEPHandler and MEPHandlerFactory to MessageExchangeTransport, MessageExchangeTransportImpl and MessageExchangeTransportFactory respectively.

Removing client dependency on sun specific descriptors for JavaEE SE. Earlier a jaxws client had to specify wsdl location in sun descriptors. This wsdl information was used during wrapping and unwrapping of SOAP message as per the JBI requirements. Now for composite applications a normal webservice invocation can be routed through JavaEE SE without using sun specific xml files.

1. Partial support for JAX-RPC based services in Java EE Service Engine
Only EJB endpoint acts as a service provider currently. Support for literal paramaters is provided

2. Removed dependency on SunSOAPMessageProcessorSharedLibrary of openESB for
supporting of installation of Java EE Service Engine without requirement of openESB's SOAP binding installation.

3. Removed dependencies on JAXWS private interfaces -> WSServiceDelegate

4. Deactivation of endpoints with accurate usage of Service QName and endpoint name combination

5. Service Engine can be installed now with a different JBI instance name.
